The Human Resources Department provides “people solutions” to the organisation, by providing qualified and competent personnel whose focus is to achieve organizational goals. The employee is the organisation’s number one asset. To achieve the above, the department is headed by a Human Resources Manager who has four section heads under him – Industrial Relations and Manpower Manager; Human Resources Superintendent [Operations]; Training and Development Superintendent and Human Resources Superintendent [Commercial Business Units [ CBU] and Core Services. Section Heads are assisted by five Human Resources Officers. The Department has sub domains which are situated at the operational areas of services.
