About Company Secretariate

The department has a pivotal role to play in the observance of good corporate governance in practise. The role includes the involvement with external auditors either in assisting or monitoring them, guide the board and directors in their work (direct & govern the organisation), keep under review all legal and regulatory developments affecting the company`s operations and to ensure full compliance and conformance, asses legal ability and proffer legal advise.
